Shipping & Returns

Dispatch: Orders ship from Australian warehouses, usually within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.

Delivery (after dispatch): VIC approx. 3–5 business days · NSW, SA, ACT approx. 4–8 business days · QLD, NT, WA, TAS approx. 7–10 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We deliver to most Australian addresses, but not to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or a small number of remote and island areas. Check the undeliverable areas in our Shipping policy before you order. If we can't deliver to you, we'll cancel and refund in full.

Damaged or faulty? Email photos and your order number to support@gardenfurnituredirect.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We'll repair, replace or refund under the Australian Consumer Law at no cost to you, return freight included.

Change of mind: Request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unopened in its original sealed packaging. You arrange and pay for return freight, and a 10% restocking fee applies.

Warranty: 12 months against defects unless the listing states otherwise, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Care Instructions

From the manufacturer: Removable and washable cushion cover.
PE wicker: brush off dust and wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, rinse with a garden hose and let it dry. Avoid pressure washers, solvents and abrasive cleaners.
Aluminium: wipe with mild soapy water, rinse and dry. Avoid scourers and abrasive cleaners that can scratch the finish.
Cushions: bring indoors or store somewhere dry during rain and when not in use, and let them dry fully to prevent mildew. Wash removable covers per the care label.
Use a furniture cover or store under shelter during long periods of wet weather or when not in use to extend its life.
