Dispatch: Orders ship from Australian warehouses, usually within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.

Delivery (after dispatch): VIC approx. 3–5 business days · NSW, SA, ACT approx. 4–8 business days · QLD, NT, WA, TAS approx. 7–10 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We deliver to most Australian addresses, but not to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or a small number of remote and island areas. Check the undeliverable areas in our Shipping policy before you order. Damaged or faulty? Email photos and your order number to support@gardenfurnituredirect.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We'll repair, replace or refund under the Australian Consumer Law at no cost to you, return freight included.

Change of mind: Request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unopened in its original sealed packaging. You arrange and pay for return freight, and a 10% restocking fee applies.

Care Instructions

Fire pit: let it cool completely and empty the ash before cleaning. Use on a stable, non-combustible surface clear of overhanging structures. High heat can discolour the finish; keep it covered or sheltered when not in use to limit rust.
